By using this website, you confirm that:

You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

You will not attempt to harm or misuse our website or content.

  1. Products & Personalised Items

Many of our products are custom-made or personalised, made specifically for you.
Please check all spellings, details, and customisation instructions before ordering.

We are not responsible for customer mistakes on personalised orders.
If we make an error, we will replace the item free of charge.

  1. Digital Downloads & STL Files

Digital items (such as STL files):

Are non-refundable once downloaded.

Are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

May not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

All digital purchases are final.

  1. Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Processing times vary depending on the item.
Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product listing.

Custom or handmade items may take longer.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an item has been handed to the carrier.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in your local currency where possible.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

We accept multiple payment methods including:

Klarna (if enabled)

Shopify Payments

  1. Shipping

Shipping rates are shown during checkout.

Once an order is shipped, the postal service is responsible for delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by:

If your order goes missing, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

We follow UK Consumer Law.
However, personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable unless:

The item arrives damaged

The item is defective

We made an error with the customisation

The wrong item was sent

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

Digital items cannot be returned or refunded.
