  1. Digital Products (STL Files)

Some of our items are digital STL files.

These are downloads only.
You will not receive a physical item in the post.

After payment, your STL file will be available to download for use with your own 3D printer.

  1. Physical 3D Printed Items

Some products are physical 3D printed items that are made to order.

They are created using 3D printing, so colours and finish may vary slightly.

  1. Processing Time

Digital STL files: available to download within minutes of payment.

Physical 3D printed products: usually take 3–7 working days to produce before shipping.
(Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.)

  1. Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

UK: usually 2–5 working days

International: usually 7–21 working days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to customs or postal delays.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the product ordered.

  1. Lost or Damaged Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at:

Include your order number and details of the issue.

If the item is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a replacement or a refund.

  1. Customs and Import Fees (Outside the UK)

If you order from outside the UK, your country may charge customs or import fees.

These charges are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
