Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from Unique Personalised Gifts.

Personalised Items – No Returns or Refunds

Because all personalised items are custom-made to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalised or made-to-order products unless the item arrives:

Damaged
Faulty
Incorrect (e.g. wrong name, colour, or design compared to your order)

This policy complies with UK consumer law, which exempts personalised items from standard return rights.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will send a replacement or process a refund.

Return Shipping

If your item is faulty or incorrect:
✔ We cover all return or replacement shipping costs

If your item is not faulty:
❌ Returns are not accepted for personalised items

Cancellations

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will cancel and issue a refund.

Non-Personalised Items

If you purchase a standard (non-personalised) product:

✔ Returns accepted within 14 days
✔ Item must be unused and in original packaging
✔ Buyer is responsible for return postage

A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it is usually processed within 3–5 business days.
If it has not appeared, please contact your bank first, then contact us.

Digital Products

Digital download items (including STL files) are non-refundable once downloaded.
